JC Raitt is known for his precision, adaptability, and unwavering commitment to client satisfaction. With a sharp eye for detail and a collaborative mindset, JC consistently works to ensure projects not only meet expectations but exceed them.

He began his journey at Compass Rose in 2022 as an intern and quickly distinguished himself through his initiative and dedication. Energized by challenges and motivated by the pursuit of the #uncommoncommongood, JC brings a purpose-driven approach to client support, working diligently to help individuals and organizations reach their goals.

Before joining Compass Rose, JC gained valuable experience at Desjardins Insurance. In his various roles there, he nurtured client relationships, managed inquiries, and streamlined administrative processes, all of which honed his problem-solving skills and deepened his understanding of client needs in a dynamic environment.

JC holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University, where he developed a strong foundation in business strategy, communication, and organizational operations.

Outside of work, JC is an avid basketball player, film enthusiast, and loyal supporter of his favourite sports teams, the Maple Leafs and the Minnesota Vikings.
