Jeffrey Brandys

Public Affairs Coordinator

Jeffrey Brandys is a passionate and solutions-oriented professional committed to delivering high-quality outcomes for his clients. Leveraging a strong policy background and a keen interest in digital procurement, he helps drive common good solutions that benefit all Canadians. 

Before joining Compass Rose, Jeffrey worked as a junior policy analyst at Public Safety Canada's Crime Prevention Branch, where he supported the coordination of Federal Provincial Territorial (FPT) government meetings. His experience extends beyond the public sector, including his work as a communications and sustainability analyst at an industry association, where he conducted research on climate change policy in post-secondary institutions and contributed to planning association events. 

Jeffrey holds a master’s degree in international affairs from Carleton University and a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Toronto. While at the University of Toronto, he volunteered with an organization advocating for the rights of North Korean refugees and was an active member of a public speaking club.

Outside of work, Jeffrey is an avid guitarist who enjoys performing at open mics. He also enjoys hiking in Gatineau Park and cheering on his favourite hockey team, the Ottawa Senators.
