Ross Lemieux brings over 25 years of accounting and financial leadership to his role as Chief Financial Officer at Compass Rose. A detail-oriented and solutions-driven professional, Ross is passionate about leveraging his expertise to deliver more than just bottom-line results—he is committed to finding uncommon ways to contribute to the common good.

In addition to his financial leadership, Ross now plays a central role in guiding the firm’s operations, ensuring that Compass Rose consistently delivers superior service to its clients. He works across teams to strengthen systems, elevate performance, and align day-to-day operations with the firm’s broader mission.

Prior to joining Compass Rose, Ross served for 11 years as the Controller of a media, content and digital agency serving some of the most recognized brands across North America. There, he played a key role in the company’s growth from a single Canadian office to an international presence.
